Colour trend - Blush pink
Blush pink has always been one of my favourite colours but not since the eighties has it been seen so much in decorating. Finally it's shaken off it's sugary image and stands right up there as one of the key fashion colours for the home this season. Whether it's with paint, fabric or accessories, there are plenty of ways you can add a splash of pink to your spring palette.
Pick up the tones by pairing pink painted walls with copper or rose metallic accents. Avoid a fussy look by keeping the styling effortlessly simple and clean-lined. For into on any of the products seen above visit Adairs.com.au
Make a fresh statement by keeping your accents modern and the layering soft with walls painted in colours like Dulux Bunny Soft quarter or Feather Boa half.
Take pink from girly to elegantly chic by pairing with shades of charcoal grey. The colour contrast add weight to soft pastels and makes them stand out from the crowd.
For a softer, relaxed look, try pairing pink with warm neutrals. Mix up the fabric textures and weaves to create contrast and add interest.
